New Hampshire DWI Case Example: A citizen was stopped driving home after the races at Loudon.  He was stopped for allegedly “weaving” and for “crossing the white fog line” and driving in the breakdown lane.  The arresting officer asked the citizen to perform DWI “field sobriety tests” and the results, predictably, were failures of the field sobriety tests.  The citizen declined the arresting officer’s invitation to blow into the breath testing hose at the police station. 

This citizen hired New Hampshire DWI/DUI defense lawyer Mark Stevens to defend him at trial.  Attorney Stevens moved to dismiss this charge based on a lack of evidence.  The Court granted the motion to dismiss and this citizen was not convicted of anything.
