New Hampshire DWI Case Example: At about 1:30 a.m., a driver and three passengers were stopped for what the cop alleged was crossing the double yellow center line 5 times.  The officer activated his blue lights and stopped the driver.  After politely handing his license to the officer this driver was asked to step out of his car and perform the DWI sidewalk gymnastics.  The officer asked the driver what he had to drink, to which he replied that he worked at a bar serving drinks, and that he sometimes tasted the drinks before serving them so that they were just right.

The driver citizen was run through the 3-part gymnastic gauntlet known as “field sobriety tests: a “follow-the-pen” test, a walk-and-turn test and a one leg stand test.  Despite good performance on these “tests”, the cop arrested him any way for DWI.  This driver declined the arresting officer’s invitation to incriminate himself after his arrest with any breath testing.  The driver hired Salem, New Hampshire DWI lawyer Mark Stevens to defend him at trial.  After a trial in the District Court, this driver was found NOT GUILTY of DWI.

Note-this is one example of a recent New Hampshire DWI case victory. It is by no means a guarantee of any particular result in any other case.
