New Hampshire DWI Case Dismissed

DWI CASE EXAMPLE: A police officer stopped a car for speeding.  The officer turned on his blue lights and the citizen stopped his car.  The officer asked the citizen for his license and registration.  The officer claimed that the citizen’s movements seemed slow.  When he asked the driver to get out of the car, the officer said that the driver “leaned on the door for balance” and was “unsteady in his gait”.

Once at the rear of the car, the citizen performed the standard “roadside gymnastics” known as “field sobriety tests”.  Predictably, the officer concluded that the citizen was intoxicated.  After his arrest, the citizen refused to blow into the breath testing hose at the police station.  The police then sought a 180 day suspension of this citizen’s driving rights and filed a criminal complaint for DWI against him in Court.

This citizen hired New Hampshire DWI defense lawyer Mark Stevens to defend him.

Attorney Stevens challenged the amount of evidence the police produced at the administrative license suspension hearing and at Court.  When the dust settled, both the administrative license suspension and the criminal charges were dismissed for lack of evidence.  This citizen did not lose his right to drive for a single day.

This citizen had the courage to do the right thing and fight when his rights were violated.  You should too!  Call the Law Offices of Mark Stevens today for a free consultation at 1-603-893-0074.

Note-this is one example of a recent New Hampshire DWI case victory. It is by no means a guarantee of any particular result in any other case.

RESULT:    DWI dismissed.  “Administrative license suspension” dismissed.

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:

You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.

A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked. “
