DWI CASE EXAMPLE: A citizen was stopped for minor traffic violations.  After the stop, he was subjected to the 3-part ritual known as ?field sobriety tests: a ?follow-the-pen? test, a walk-and-turn test and a one leg stand test.  The arresting officer described the driver?s balance as poor and the odor of alcohol as ?obvious?.  After allegedly ?failing? the roadside gymnastics, the citizen was arrested for DWI.  He declined the arresting officer?s invitation to incriminate himself after his arrest with any further testing.  This citizen hired New Hampshire DWI lawyer Mark Stevens to defend him at trial.  After a trial in the District Court, this driver was found NOT GUILTY of DWI.
