New Hampshire DWI Case Example:

DWI CASE EXAMPLE: A citizen was stopped for minor traffic violations.  After the stop, she was run through the 3-part ritual known as “field sobriety tests: a “follow-the-pen” test, a walk-and-turn test and a one leg stand test.  After allegedly “failing” these roadside acrobatics, she was arrested for DWI.  She declined the arresting officer’s invitation to incriminate herself after her arrest with further testing, including refusal to sign any paperwork.  When asked, she said, “I’m not signing s—t!”  The citizen first went to court in the District Court and had to appeal to the Superior Court for a jury trial.  Aftera full day of trial and three hours of deliberations, the jury found this citizen NOT GUILTY.

Note-this is one example of a recent New Hampshire DWI case victory. It is by no means a guarantee of any particular result in any other case.

RESULT:    Not guilty verdict on DWI charge!
