DWI AND OPERATING AFTER SUSPENSION CHARGES DISMISSED-SEPTEMBER 27, 2007

Sponsored by ByeByeDWI.com

Please note-this is an example of the disposition of a recent New Hampshire DWI case. It is by no means a guarantee of any particular result in any other case.

BASIC FACTS:  A driver was stopped on the road for allegedly driving 20 miles per hour below the speed limit.  Once the officer approached the driver’s car he smelled an odor he thought to be alcohol.  The driver admitted to having two beers when questioned.  After ordering the driver out of his car and running him through the usual gauntlet of roadside gymnastics called “field sobriety tests”, the police arrested the defendant and charged him with DWI.  His license came back suspended and he was also charged with a misdemeanor for driving with a suspended or revoked license.  The driver mistakenly did not appear at his court date.  He returned to his home state.  Over 10 years passed, and the driver attempted to renew his license in his home state.  The court default from his New Hampshire DWI case showed up and he needed to clear it up so he could renew his driver’s license.

After the arrest, the driver hired Attorney Stevens to fight the DWI charge.

DEFENSE:     After filing a motion to vacate the outstanding warrants against the driver, Attorney Stevens represented the driver in Court, where both of these two charges against the defendant were dropped.

RESULT:       DWI  & DRIVING AFTER SUSPENSION CHARGES DISMISSED!!!

Attorney Stevens thanks God for this successful defense!!!

May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble! May the name of the God of Jacob set you up on high.”  Psalm 20:1.
